Issue is now fixed and have installed the latest build for you and confirmed your filters are working fine now.

Thanks for the quick fix! I tested it and can confirm that it works as it should now. Thanks also for already installing the latest build.

Just out of curiosity - what was the issue or bug here, that caused the filters to work fine on your demo site but not on my site?

Just out of curiosity - what was the issue or bug here, that caused the filters to work fine on your demo site but not on my site?

How the users array is handled after exploding by a comma wasn't working correctly so it couldn't find that "connections" was being used. This caused the Users filtering to be skipped since it basically had no values due to this, which causes it to fallback to whatever user filtering the stream is already doing. Since the stream on profile is already using connections filtering (profile owner + connections) it appeared to work, but actually wasn't.
