Do not display at all on Profile privacy, tab privacy was created by matthewdavey

Is it possible to make a privacy Do not display TAB at all or Hide Tab on Profile privacy, tab privacy?

Because there are reasons that I have many usages for example:
If I have tabs that I have set to private but I don't want to see that tab on my profile either.
Unless I go to profile edit then I can edit it.

See that tab might belong to an old plan and the user upgraded to a different subscription and they do or don't want to display canvas or other tabs fields anymore to themselves or the public. The user can pic and choose the way their profile looks.
Can you see my idea?

No, there's no privacy option to hide a tab from yourself. There are no plans for such a usage either at this time. The best way to do something like that is probably adding a field for them to toggle its display entirely off then condition the tab using CB Conditional against that field.
