Problem with CB Gallery going very slow when loads of photos on same profile was created by timstohr

Hi Kyle,
I have noticed that the upload of photos is really slow on my main profile (30s) when compared to a new profile (1s). There are two differences between the two profiles. I have uploaded loads and loads of photos with my main profile (well over 2000 by now) while the new profile does not have any photos uploaded yet.

Can it be that the uploading of photos just takes way longer if there are already a ton of photos on that profile?

Shouldn't matter how many photos you've uploaded. My test case has over 30,000 photos in a single album and uploads are basically instant. Is CB Gallery up to date to ensure it's not missing any of its database indexes? Do you have client side resizing enabled? Without client side resizing uploading could take awhile as it has to resize server side.
