What are the equivalent plugins fro these outdated ones:

Country and State Field
DB Lookup field

Ajax Text Field

CB Core Fields Ajax can make any field, not just text field, ajax editable.

Country and State Field
DB Lookup field

CB Query Field can display the results of a database query as a field. For Country > State dropdown usage you'd use the Query Select fields; see the below tutorial on that specific usage.

None, those still exist. You can however integrate CB Gallery and CB Activity into GJ using CB Auto Actions and its included system actions so your groups can have an activity stream powered by CB Activity and a gallery powered by CB Gallery if you like. This would replace Photo, Video, File, and Wall integrations for GJ. There's no replacement for About.
