"Joomla event management extensions"
- Any free ones you could recommend that integrate nicely and seamlessly with CB and Groupjive, until CB Events is scheduled?

Recommend checking the Joomla Extension Directory (JED) for event extensions and seeing if any available fit your needs. They are unlikely to integrate with GJ and don't really need to integrate with CB as based Joomla profile data should be enough for them to function, but some might integrate with CB.
