I get this warning in both frontend and backend when I enter CB?

You've the UddeIM CB plugin installed and it hasn't been updated for the additions to the sendUserPMS function to support public from name and email address. Also looks like UddeIM is passing $escaped, which does not exist.

I think UddeIM CB plugin will no longer be supported - is the best solution, on the long run, to delete UddeIM and only use CB pms.mypmspro internal PMS?

If you don't depend on some of the unique features UddeIM has compared to our internal usage then yes that's the recommendation.
