Please PM super administrator login credentials to your test site where the issue is present. At this time I'm unable to reproduce your issue so I'm not sure where it's coming from. If it's happening on display it maybe a date field.

Ok, cause for this issue was found in the below topic.

Please edit any terms and condition fields you have and ensure the "Default Registration Value" parameter is empty.
