I installed the latest CB Invite and have two questions.
1) I want to add a URL for users that takes to a new Invite form. I searched online and found the following URL, but it takes me to the user profile page with Invites Tab below. I need to skip this step and go directly to a new invite form. PLease help.
2) In the new invite form (see attached picture), i want to remove the Owner and user elements from the page - not sure what configuration needs to be set to change it. i only need to, subject, and body elements in the new invite form.

You should be able to simply click the New Invite button and copy the URL in your browser, which is as follows.

Owner and User are moderator parameters. Regular users will not see those and there is no means of removing them. Regular users will only see To, Subject, and Body.
