Please ensure everything is completely up to date with latest build releases. Do you have GJ categories accessible to the user for them to create groups in? If not you'll need to be sure "Uncategorized" is enabled within GJ > Parameters > Groups > General. Can admins create groups from frontend? Our demo site has latest builds below and is having no issues with group create.

Yes, everything is updated to the latest version.
I have created 3 categories available to the user to create groups.
Administrators, as well as users, cannot create groups from the external interface.
...

Here's what's interesting:
I cannot create a new group in any of the categories I created.
(that is, after publishing an experiment, it takes me to the "no category" page, but the group is not created).

But if I try to create a group on the "no category" page, then the group is successfully created!
And after creating this group, I can successfully transfer it to any category I created.

Not sure what to suggest. Continues to work fine in all my tests. Whether I use the new group menu item, new group menu button in a category, or new group button on the all groups page they all successfully create groups. If using CB Auto Actions try unpublishing it as maybe you've an auto action causing issues.

I gradually begin to understand what's the matter.
If I enter the category from the CB Menu, then the group is successfully created. And it pleases!
For example, when I click on the โ€œะŸั€ะพะตะบั‚ั‹โ€ category in the CB Menu, I turn to a page with this link:
https: //xn--b1aaakaba9b1aeojjo1b6af.xn--p1ai/en/all-social-categories/project
This link is correct, and the group from this page is well created.

But I tried to create a group differently.
First, I created the CB GroupJive -> Mode: Categories Ascending module.
Then brought this module to the main page.
To create a group, I clicked on a category from this module, and not on a category from the CB menu.
As a result, I went to the page with this link:
https: //xn--b1aaakaba9b1aeojjo1b6af.xn--p1ai/ru/all-social-categories/3-proekty
Group was not created by this link.

It now remains to understand how to configure the correct display of aliases that are displayed through the CB GroupJive module.
Instead of: / all-social-categories / 3-proekty
Needed: / all-social-categories / project

The SEF URL looks fine. It's prefixed with the category id followed by the category name. Try disabling SEF and see if you continue to have issues. Could be a problem with the SEF reversing incorrectly.

Yes, with SEF turned off in Joomla! settings, a user can successfully create groups.
Problem in SEF.
How can solve it?
