I get this message on two plans (five in all) after paying for the membership plans using a credit card. Not sure if it happens in PayPal - still checking.
1048 column 'subid' cannot be null
The plans under which it occurs are copies of other plans with just the information and pricing changed so there is really nothing all that different between plans.
I'm using the latest build on both Community Builder and CB Subs and Joomla is up to date.
The latest CB build is 2.2.1+build.2018.10.01.17.35.11.88680736f. Please be sure CB it self is up to date as appears you maybe strictly using the stable release which is several builds behind. You mentioned this only happens to the copies of your plans when paying with credit card. What payment gateway are you using specifically? I'm not sure how subid could be empty as that contains the subscription id. Only thing I can think of is if the plan is free lifetime and you don't have subscriptions enabled for free lifetime plans.

I installed the latest build as suggested. Most plans were then fine.
But I still had same issue (see screen shot on original post) with the "STUDENT PLAN." So I recreated the a new Student plan from scratch and that fixed it.
When I first created these three new plans I cloned an existing membership plan. Perhaps there is some issue with that?
