Hi,
I run community builder on about 30 websites and to me it seems, that the updating process from backend doesn't work: I'm logged into Joomlapolis and in a separate tab I go to my sites' backend, click on Community Builder -> Plugin management -> install new plugin -> install from web -> update and all it offers, is the language plugins. CB Autoactions and CB Conditional are not offered, instead it says, I'll have to buy them even though I have a Professional subscription.

The JSONP request isn't finding a cookie available to see that you're logged in. Ensure you're not using private browsing mode in your browser as it may not work there. The install from web tab also is cached every 24hrs so if someone without a login session goes to it you maybe seeing the guest cache; you can force this to refresh with the link in the bottom right.

Thanks Kyle,
I wasn't in a private session, but disabling Ghostery and µblock for the sites in question did help.
Problem solved
