Error isn't in English so I've no clue what it's saying. Please switch to English, reproduce the issue, then copy and paste the error in a reply to this topic. The test mail button is unreliable as if emails work outbound to the servers own domain, which it almost always does, it can indicate that it's working but may not allow outbound to other servers. You'll need to navigate to CB > User Management and select a user with an email that doesn't belong to your servers domain then click Mass Mailer to test sending an email (e.g. use a test user with a gmail address).

My guess is emails are just disabled globally within Joomla global configuration. You appear to have added /// SOLVED though; were you able to resolve your issue?
