I have a 10%Off coupon code with the subscription on my site. I have couple of members that subscribed and missed the coupon and they are asking if they could claim the promotion. The membership is a monthly recurring membership. Is there a way to adjust the price for the reminding balance for an individual member? Or would the member have to cancel and re-subscribe?
It's not possible to modify the price of a recurring subscription after the fact. They'd need to cancel and resubscribe at a different price. You could also just do a partial refund within CBSubs > Baskets to refund some of their payment.
