Hi,

I have this product with Hikashop: maiten.com/plan-1 ... but when I try to do checkout process it seems like can not register, but after that it shows the form that I have with community builder.

Is there any way to disable that register of community builder and let it with default cms registration?

You'd have to disable the redirect urls and rewrite urls within CBs system plugin within Extensions > Plugins. I don't advise it though as it allows users to entirely bypass CBs registration and use Joomlas. Recommend setting up hikashop to redirect to CBs registration if possible.

We're not the developers of Hikashop so I've no idea if they integrate with CB to show CB registration or not. If they do and you don't want it to you'd need to see if there's a parameter to turn that off. You need to disable both the redirect and rewrite URL parameters for CB to stop blocking Joomla user component endpoints.
