What is the best way you recommend exporting the entire userbases profile images?

We've no functionality for that. Profile images can be found below.

/images/comprofiler

You can export your users with CB Juice, but I doubt it exports the actual image files; it should export the database stored filename though allowing copy of the folder above in order to move users with their avatars to a different install.
