Hi, I noticed that the fields in read only do not have a good management of the level of privacy, so if the field is set to read-only all changing privacy settings are not changed according to the user's choice.
You can try on your site demo where I set the privacy practices for the field "First Name" that I set as read-only.

Do you mean the privacy selector displays, but does not save when a field is read only?
