Questions about Gallery Folder Style

I was wondering, is there a way to change the picture of the gallery folder to look nicer?

Not without altering the template files or overriding it with CSS. Ideally an empty album should be rather rare. Once media has been uploaded in the album it'll set the first entry to its thumbnail (you can set a different entry as the cover via its modal window). I've added a feature ticket thought to review adding a parameter to let you select a thumbnail image.

I uploaded another image and the thubnail was changed properly.
The weird thing is that if you look the screenshot I attached it says one file and it realy had one file.
In any way I am ok with this but it would be a nice feature to have.

If the album existed before CB Gallery 2.0 then it won't have a thumbnail set. You'd just need to open the modal window for the entry and there will be an option in its gear menu to set it as album cover.
