Cant get new gallery to work

Cant get new gallery to work was created by timstohr
Hi kyle,

I have just installed the new gallery and, I have no idea how it works... I can create an album, but cannot upload photos into the album. I cannot upload photos in general and I have uploaded one album and cant upload more.

Also how can I get the commenting on the photos to work?

Create access is bugged. Re-download and re-install as a fixed build has already been uploaded.

Commenting on photos is done with CB Activity and CB Auto Actions. Update both and enable the new system action for it in CB Auto Actions.

Dont really know how the new gallery is supposed to work but it seems to still bug...

It literally just released. There is no videos, tutorials, or documentation regarding it. Further more you simply install it, enable it, and you're done. It's fully functional out of the box.

If you had a previous release of CB Gallery installed then review its configuration carefully as it will migrate your configuration, which may affect how it behaves out of the box.

Our demo site has also already been updated with CB Gallery 2.0.0.

There is something wrong with the updating from previous versions. I uninstalled and the reinstalled it and it worked.

Btw, when creating an album, it would be better to immediatly being able to upload the photos instead of having to create the album and then into the album itself in order to upload the photos into the album...

EDIT: FOUND THE PROBLEM! I do not want them to upload links, so I have disabled media. BUT the upload photo button completely disappears in this case! when upgrading, UPLOAD MEDIA is disabled from the start!

EDIT EDIT: How do you get rid of this?



What would be more worth it would be to have youtube links that you can put in there... Actually it is not bad since it is an embedder kind of thing..
