The URL looks like it's missing parameters for some reason. Disable SEF and see if your issue persists. I am unable to confirm your issue whether I'm already logged into Facebook or not.

It depends on how you use your site. If you use your site with www then you need to supply www. If you use it without www then you need to exclude it. These social applications are strict. That means if it's not a 1:1 match they will reject the request. My example screenshots don't have www as it's a localhost domain redirect I've set in my host file, but typically there would be www for a live site.
