Your HTML isn't valid is why it's breaking. The image tag is unclosed. Additionally the profile image field is not ordered first on that tab (currently a CSS limitation that requires it to be the first field of the profile image tab). Please see my previous replies as I provided the exact code you need to use; you just need to copy and paste it over.

The below is the broken HTML in question.

Code:
<img src="http://REMOVED/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/images/avatar/nophoto_f.png" alt="femme" class="cbImgPict cbFullPict img-thumbnail" ]="" <="" div="">

Kyle,

It's exactly what I've done :
here is the copy of my code :

[cb:if avatar!~"/(nophoto_n|tnnophoto_n)\.png$/"][value][/cb:if]
[cb:if avatar=~"/(nophoto_n|tnnophoto_n)\.png$/" and cb_vousetes="femme"]<img src="http://[REMOVED]/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/images/avatar/nophoto_f.png" alt="femme" class="cbImgPict cbFullPict img-thumbnail" /][/cb:if]
[cb:if avatar=~"/(nophoto_n|tnnophoto_n)\.png$/" and cb_vousetes="homme"]<img src="http://[REMOVED]/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/images/avatar/nophoto_m.png" alt="homme" class="cbImgPict cbFullPict img-thumbnail" /][/cb:if]
[cb:if avatar=~"/(nophoto_n|tnnophoto_n)\.png$/" and cb_vousetes=""]<img src="http://[REMOVED]/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/default/images/avatar/nophoto_n.png" alt="inconnue" class="cbImgPict cbFullPict img-thumbnail" /][/cb:if]

Compare you code to mine below.

www.joomlapolis.com/forum/153-professional-member-support/228527-gender-badges?start=6#259249

You're ending your image tags with /] instead of />.
