[#4401] disable profile link on list 1, enable on list 2

Hi,

we have multiple user lists for multiple accesslevels. The userlist for normal registered users is filtered on a CB field called 'teams'. When you click the profile link of someone on the list; you get the message; you are not allowed to see the profile (or something). That is oke, because a second list is for admins how can see all users via frontend and edit their profiles.

Can we disable the profile links in list 1 and let the profile links in list 2 as it is?

That feature doesn't exist, but it seams simple enough to implement so will implement for CB 2.0.

The global userlist parameters (just 2) are actually pointless at this point. So will be removing them and just having list by list usage as it should be.

It's now implemented as a list by list parameter and global parameters removed for CB 2.0 Beta 3 release. On upgrade install it'll migrate your global configuration as needed to the lists.
