I!
After an upgrade of a site (joomla 2.5.11 with CB 1.9 & GJ 2.7) i found an error! In the group view i can't see the post of the related forum so i did a FIX ALL in the backend of GJ! Now all the categories have been duplicated, so i have the original post in the forum area & a link from the project to the forum to a new, empty, category!
i tried to see the DB for make the copy of the post but i didn't understand so much...
can you help me?

ps. probably i did some wrong in the upgrade, becouse all other plugin (& also cb!) have been installed without problem!

why everything seems so obvious, after someone told it to you?

The relationship between your old Kunena forums and GJ is either lost or never existed. It uses a parameter stored to the GJ Category or GJ Group to determine the forum category id to associate with it. I've no idea how you upgraded, but if you migrated it's likely those ids no longer match. The only fix is to edit the params column of your GJ Categories and GJ Groups within _groupjive_categories and _groupjive_groups then change forum_id to the id of your previous forum category.

Yes, you have to edit it in DB. There is no backend interface to edit this, because you're not supposed to touch it. I'm not sure what you've done to cause it to lose the connection unless you migrated your install and the migration didn't keep IDs intact. Please see my previous reply as I've already explained what database tables, columns, and what parameter to edit in the column.

It's the date the post was made. That has always displayed there.
