I've installed latest 1.3.1 and it's working perfectly fine. I can see the AJAX parameters and on my frontend profile I can AJAX update the fields configured for it perfectly fine.
Please note you've a 3rd party plugin "Protect Fields" (plug_protectfields) installed that appears to have some issues. Please review the below and contact the developer of your plugin for further support.

"Field-specific Parameters" being missing is fixed by uninstalling then reinstalling the plugin. Seams to be due to the old XML for whatever reason not properly updating.
