I've no idea then. Do you happen to have some sort of caching enabled?

Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look. I can't reproduce your issue on 3 different installs. It's possible you hit Twitters API ratelimit.

Have reviewed your install and it's working fine. The problem you're having is users that are not connected with their twitter account is showing just a blank profile box. This is because they've no twitter_userid and thus screen_name is empty. The built in field checks to ensure the user has a twitter_userid, wherein the custom does not. Viewing my connected user or other users connected via twitter it shows the profile box just fine.

You can see what users are connected, what they're connected with, and their connect IDs within CB > Plugin Management > CB Connect > Connected.

Thanks, Kyle.

Wanted to reply yesterday, but had connection issues.

It's weird... yesterday while you were logged in to your demo acct, I could see your profile widget (the custom one), complete with tweets; I was even able to tweet you from your profile. But when I went to the Twitter tab on my profile, it was an empty shell (the CB one).
So I thought I'd better leave you to do your magic, which you must have done because my widget is populated again!

I understand what you say about the the built-in field, compared to the custom widget. My only hiccup is that it's not the same width as built-in tweet box. Any chance of a slight modification, Kyle?

Many thanks, once again, for looking into this for me. It's very much appreciated.
