Just can't get the tax plugin to install to this new upgrade. Tried numerous times, both as an upload & from install directory.
I understand that it's big (500 - An error has occurred. String could not be parsed as XML)
Is there a way I can install this manually via FTP?
My guess is the limits you've supplied aren't actually working. Our tests show it working fine. Please check php information and ensure your memory limits and such are working properly. There is no manual install, sorry. Are you able to install CBSubs 1.2.2 tax plugin?

64M is plenty assuming you don't have everything on Joomla.org from here to the sun installed, lol. Please PM backend super administration/user login credentials and will take a look.
