[#2731] CB Profilebook Rating

In the CB Profilebook plugin, the rating associated with wall posts is affected by unpublished items. It seems that by rules of any standard moderation scheme, unpublished or in other words "unapproved" ratings should not apply.

I imagine this also applies to the CB rating plugin as well, unless that does not have a moderating feature. I wouldn't know, since I do not use that plugin.

Rating field does not have moderation features so is not affected.
