There is an issue with the file plugin when I want to setup a required file field but this field should be visible just for one of my cbsubs plans.

If I set the file field required, also subscription to plans (which hides this field) will add a notice that the required file is missed.

I thought this issue was already fixed or have I missed something? I just downloaded the latest file field plugin.

Was able to confirm working fine with CB 1.4, CBSubs 1.1.2, and CB File Fieldtype 1.3. Please provide versions so may better attempt to duplicate your issue. Please also provide if you're receiving a notice before or after submitting the registration form.
