JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup was created by A Human
First post, I have read the documentation more than once, checked the forums and the FAQS.

I am trying to install
mod_cbgroupjive_j10.zip
mod_cbgroupjive_j15.zip
mod_cbgroupjive_j16.zip

All the other files in relation to the install have worked as expected, yet for some reason either in the Community builder plugin or the Joomla extension manager I cannot seem to get these to load, error being

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup

Thankyou for the obvious I am not seeing, promise I will get better at seeing the obvious.

The module must be installed via Joomla extension manager. You of course do not install all of them. You need to install the one relevant to your Joomla version. Please review the install documentation included with GJ.
