Choosing a forum plugin

Choosing a forum plugin was created by Pottsy

I am new to CB and would like to set up the forum plug-in. It seems I can choose from four. Do I just go to the web site and pick one to install or do I have to get a CB modified version of the forum software? Is there one better than another?

Latest Kunena 1.6.3 works well with latest CB 1.4.
CB 1.4 has built-in CB plugin support and Kunena 1.6.3 has built-in (configurable) CB support.
