[SOLVED] Field in mutiple tabs ? was created by Nijssen
Is it possible to use one field in more then one Tab ?

For example: i have an adres in the first tab and also want to display the state the person is living, say florida. The field type is drop down single selection. Can i use that field also in a second tab ? So i dont have to make another drop down single selection with the same content als the first one.

You can use a delimiter field in the second tab to show the value of the first field.

can i use a field with s drop down single selection as input for another field... Perhaps that is more what i could use.

i have field one with the following values:

limburg
flevoland
friesland

and in the second field i must choose from the same possibilities....

So i dont have to maintain two tables. If i add 'gelderland' to the first field i should have gelderland also available in the second field...

i hope its a little bit clearer ... it hard to discribe my needs...

thanks in advance.

John

i would like to make a list

friesland
limburg
gelderland
groningen

( btw these are dutch states)

this list wil i be able to use ase input for my dropdown single selection field. I want to make a drop down single selection in the profile tab AND i want to make a drop down single selection field (with the same list as input) on a second tab.

I think I understand.

You want two separate drop-down fields that both can be populated with dutch states.

How many states are we talking about?
