Hide Verify Password Field

Is there an option to hide the Verify Password field on the registration page?
I'm using a plugin to also verify the email and if users have to enter both twice, it's a bit of an overload.
For me, it would make more sense to verify the email and not the password. Users can always have their password resent but if they use a wrong email, they will never even see the email confirmation sent to them and maybe not return to the site to register again (besides of that they would need to fill in all details again).

No, verify password field is required for all passwords.
