I try to be more precise. :--)
- For each group / page / event category you can define a DIFFERENT profile. The profile is like a "table definition".
- The categories of videos, pictures and audio don't have a special profile.
I'm really just not able to visualize what you're after here. In CB GroupJive the below is how it works.
Category
- Group
- - Videos
Category is just a container for groups. There is no categorization beyond that. Videos are tied to individual groups. They're owned by the group user that shared the video.
We've a full comprehensive demo below with backend access. I recommend exploring it. Feel free to change whatever configuration you want as it'll reset automatically.

My product / producer example is not the requested feature. Of course, this can be achieved by HikaShop or something else. My marketplace setup was only the solution to the product-->producer issue.
Groups are attached to a user. There's no means of not having an owner for a group. However technically the groups owner could be just an administrator. You could then create a group per product to accomplish what you're wanting automatically using CB Auto Actions.
I however would go a different route. I'd integrate CB Activity into your HikaShop products. Either a Comment or Activity stream would work. This would give a fully functional multi-media discussion stream directly on each product. You wouldn't need groups at all for this usage. So that might also be something worth considering.
We don't have an out of the box solution, but it seams like either of those integrations could potentially fulfill your needs with a bit of extra work and coding. To integrate CB GroupJive groups into your products you'd need some PHP experience. To integrate CB Activity you'd just need to know what Joomla event HikaShop has for adding content to product views and shouldn't require any programming with CB Auto Actions.
