We do not have anything specifically for importing from EasySocial. We do provide user import capabilities within CB > User Management, but you will need to format the CSV file properly with data from EasySocial. Easiest way to move the data is typically using database queries directly on your database though.
We're the only free social networking extension for Joomla so it's easy for them to export from us, but for us to export from them we've to pay and maintain a subscription. So because of that we don't have an import from other platforms. It's something we may provide in the future, but unlikely for free to cover the cost of the subscriptions for the other extensions.
The best I can do is suggest some SQL queries if you can provide the database structure of EasySocial. Ideally with 1 example row per table. You're welcome to email this to me privately. Just send me a private message (see link in signature) when you're ready to do so.
