You can't download anything except CB and CB Package Builder as again all you bought was CB Package Builder. If that was by mistake and you meant to buy a Professional subscription please see our warranty page below on how to request a refund so you can buy a Professional subscription.

We can also just swap your subscription over to the same value Professional subscription which is a 3MO Professional subscription. If that's ok with you please use out Contact Us form below (should work fine now!).
