Our scenario is the following:

We need to create a form with some questions. This information go to several tabs in the profile. After having the information, can CB or any Addons create and assemble a document in PDF format in order to print it?

Does Community cover this expectative?

We've no plugin for generating PDFs. I suppose you could just substitute the fields into a Joomla article using CB Content Bot then use a Joomla extension that can display a Joomla article as a PDF.
