The email was about a progress update. This functionality is not available yet as CB Activity 4.0.0 is not released yet.

Once CB Activity 4.0.0 is released we'll update the demo site were you'll be able to try out all the new features.

No, again CB Activity 4.0.0 has not release yet. Once it has released we will announce that it has, send a newsletter, and it'll be available for download.
