Possible uses was created by skillsthename
I am new to Joomla and looking to create a site that functions as a match maker where people fill in account info and are matched with people that have similar info. I want my premium members to have unlimited matches a month and free users to have 5-10 matches a month. By any chance would any Community Builder extensions be able to accommodate my needs? thanks in advance for any replies.

Nothing like this is available out of the box.

Someone would have to custom develop it for you.

Do you know where I could go to find this custom program? Do any Joomlapolis staff custom develop programs?
