I would like to use GroupJive to add Groups to my site. I am just not sure it can do everything I need . Here is a list of want I want below. Can anyone tell me if this is possible with GroupJive before I buy it?

1. I would not want them to be able to add themselves to groups but only "group" administrators.
2. Can add group events but able to invite everyone, even the non-group members and public.

You can configure any group to be open, approval, or by invitation.

I guess your use case would call for approval groups.

Only Group members can actually join a group event.

You can keep the Group Events tab public however so non group members can see the event.

Hi,

I have another question regarding Group Jive. My plan is to have hierarchically aligned groups. Please check the attached image.

Is this doable with GroupJive.

Each group can have another group as a parent.

Thanks Nant,

If I am not able to achieve my requirement with CB Pro, I assume I can get refund under the 30days money back guarantee. Am I correct?

The requirements as they have been stated are met by CB GroupJive.

Yes our current policy is to provide a full refund for all first time purchases.
