can cbsubs handle multiple users for one subscription? (some people refer to this as a slave subscription feature)

Not as a core feature mainly because of incomplete requirements understanding (if you have a complete set of requirement specs and workflow description please share).

In the meantime take a look at these:

Looking at the links you provided; I believe the Family Plan/Family Member Plan is similar to what we are looking for.
we are looking for a subscriber/extension to have the ability to:
  1. specify users who will also get the same subscription/expiration the subscriber has subscribed to but only the subscriber is "charged" for the subscription
  2. changes to the subscriber's subscription will be automatically applied to the specified users subscriptions
  3. the primary subscriber can remove/add specified users at any time, thus ending/starting the subscription for the users which were removed/added from the "account"/plan
  4. only the subscriber gets billing notifications, where the specified users would only get standard subscription notifications (activation/expiration, etc)
  5. subscriber and specified users are linked to an account (business name and number)
  6. administrative area that can review the "accounts" which would list the subscriptions, primary subscriber, and the specified users for the account

Thanks for feedback and your high-level spec analysis of the use case.

At the moment this is not supported.
