[SOLVED] Prices for CBSubs and Licences

Where can I find out the prices for:
1) Cost of a CBSubs Licence for up to 5000 users
2) Annual cost for maintenance after the first year for this type of licence

The CBSUbs proprietary product has been discontinued.

In its place we have CBSubs GPL which has not license restrictions (unlimited users and unlimited sites).
