Hi! My requirement is to have my users submit articles. The backend team that approves has a multi-level hierarchy. That is - the approval needs to go through 2 or more members before it gets finally published.

How can I use JoomlaPolis to support this feature?

You should really look at Joomla for this.
The ACL in Joomla 2.5/3.0 supports authoring and publishing.
However, I have not seen anything the implements this 2 level approval process.

Joomlapolis has no such solution, sorry.
