question about username font/colors...in conjuction with ajax chat..

question about username font/colors...in conjuction with ajax chat.. was created by CloudySky

i'm thinking about buying the most expensive package...

how do i accomplish this...

on ajax chat a friend of mine has.....different colors and fonts streaming through his ajax chat with 3 different member groups...

as well he has a verified member feature which puts user names in bold...what do i need to accomplish this and how do i do it...
