Hi,
Is there any way to allow a user to have their profile in multiple languages depending on the selected site language?

Well yes and no.

Each user has a single profile.

You can setup some CB fields (check-box, radio, select fields) to take values based on language strings.

This way when you view the fields in a different language they will be translated correctly.

You can also use language strings for field and tab titles.
