Will the app to allow FB and twitter users still give me their email? I verify members emails right now on my site, how would this change if I use this app?
Also I noticed the limitation on the private support tickets for the pro and developer packages. . . is there a set price for private support tickets if someone needs them?
And am I misunderstanding or will you actually install cb and configure it on my site with this quick start thing if I purchase the professional level support?
