Question about LinkedIn and CB Connect

Question about LinkedIn and CB Connect was created by jase700
We currently use community builder profiles as part of our registration process. We have several standard fields and a few fields that ask specific questions that would not come from a site like linkedin.

If we use CB connect, can it populate the fields through field mapping and still allow us to ask the other questions before the person is registered?

Nope.

It only registers them with the necessities to register. There is of course also field mapping, but if there are fields you are wanting that social sites don't provide they'll need to provide them in profile edit after being registered and logged in.
