Converting and combabillity was created by frostholm
Hi,

We are thinking about changing from AEC to CBsubs, but before we make the final decistion, we have som questions, we like to get som answers to.

1) We can read that CBsubs supports Alertpay, but since alertpay have changed name to Payza, and does not retrieve payments from systems still using Alertpay name, we like to know if this Alertpay module has been changed to Payza ?

2) Is it possible to convert existing AEC subscription details to CBSubs, and there existing recurring payment plans (using Payza or Paypal) will still continue to work, without we need to change settings ?

3) Is it easy to get new payment gateways developed

4) How fast does support normaly react if we choose to have either the professional or develop packages ?

CBSubs 2.0.2 will support Payza.

You can use the Import facility to get things started. You will need to create a text csv file with your existing subscriptions first. The auto-recurring will be an issue as your users will need to reconfirm this since the URLs change.

3) Is it easy to get new payment gateways developed

Developer plan members will be able to code new gateways as they wish for CBSubs 2.0.2.
Easy? You need to be a good PHP developer.

4) How fast does support normaly react if we choose to have either the professional or develop packages ?

When there initial (via import) subscription expires they will need to manually start a new auto-recurring one.

Can you please explain that in more details.

All our customers have recurring subsribtions, some 1 year, som 6 month and some 1 month.

When we import those, there subscriptions will exspire ? Is this both in system and at there payment gateway (paypal/alertpay)

What will be solution if they have 10 month left and there subscription exspires ? We need to pay back and then they can bye new one ? Sounds a bit unnice
