We work with a publisher who has a large existing pool of print subscribers. They're interested in setting up enhanced subscription-based online content that can also be made available to existing offline subscribers. They're also interested in using CBSubs as their complete subscription management tool, so that customer subscription information is not siloed between two separate and non-associated customer databases (offline & online). The caveat here is that not all of these offline subscribers have an email address associated with their account (since this is not necessary for a print-based subscriber).
So the basic question is, can CBSubs handle offline print subscriptions with no email associated?
