I have a joomla 1.5 website which I have a 'Kunea 1.6.3 discussion forum on. I want to be able to have users that register for the forum not to be able to access 'registered users' content in some articles though.
Is this somehow possible by using community builder to handle rego?

You need to upgrade kunena to higher version.

You can use URL-parts protection to protect Kunena categories.

We do the same here on this site - try posting to the Professional support forum area to see this in action.

Hi Nant, thank you very much for the reply. I understand that what you're saying is that users who have registered on my joomla site using the joomla rego will not be able to access certain areas of the kunea forum but what I want is the other way around. Users who register for the kunea forum NOT to be able to access some joomla content.

Is that possible do you know?

With CBSubs you can specify what privileges each CBSubs plan subscriber has.

So yes, you should be able to do this.
