one of my customer got an issue when he tried to upgrade more subscriptions plan. The warning message showed
"Payment basket does not login.
No suitable basket found."
i have checked the history log and see that the new subscription and payment basket records was remove immediately after they were inserted. And this issue happen on IE only, i was testing on IE8 and IE7. every things work well on chrom, Firefox...
What is the cause of this issue, please give me some suggestion .
Thank for you rely, i found the issue by myself, i believe that my customer already created a same topic in CB sub support room.
we installed K2 component on our system, when i disable k2 system plugin, the issue is resolve. So i guess that there is conflict between CB sub and this plugin.I hope this information will be helpful for your develop team.
CB and CB Sub are great extension and you are doing great job.
