I tried to upgrade to professional membership, but after I get to the visa verification page, I fill up a form requiring card details and get either a "there was an error, please try again" message or a "card declined message". When I contact my bank's card department, there report that such a "card declined" is not reported in their records.
Further, I was able to buy at another 2 sites subsequently.
Also, in the visa verification page, there is an issue with 5-digit US zip codes versus 6-digit zip code in India where I live. My bank is a US bank with my account having my India address. The zip code field will not accept the 6th digit. My bank suggested to use the last US address' zip code, but that result in a declined message. But again, visa says there is no record of the transaction at all, declined or otherwise.
So it seems to be a joomlapolis-specific issue.
Please help.
